Bermingham
Michael has spent years building relationships with farmers and abattoirs to ensure they source only the best quality meats. He also worked part-time in a local butcher’s shop from the age of 11 and completed a four-year apprenticeship in butchering at the Dublin Institute of Technology. He took the brave step of opening his own butcher’s shop in Drimnagh, in Dublin, at the age of 20.
